We operate the e-shop on the website www.seocheck.tech.

To provide our services, sell goods, and run our website, we process some personal data.

A. Processing Personal Data When Using the Contact Form

On what legal basis? This is processed under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

How long will we process the data? If we do not establish further cooperation, your data will be processed for no longer than 30 days from the last communication.


B. Processing Personal Data for Purchases

When you make a purchase from us, we will process the data you provide. These primarily include billing details: name, surname, address, email, and phone number.

Why do we need this data? We process personal data to fulfill our contract – delivering the goods or services you purchased. We also use your contact information to communicate regarding the status of your order or any complaints or inquiries you may have.

Additionally, we process your personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes and handling complaints).

On what legal basis? This is processed under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of the contract, and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with our legal obligations.

How long will we process the data? We will process your data for the duration of the service provided, and for 3 years from the last service provided or goods delivered.


C. Newsletters (Marketing Communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and have not opted out during your purchase, we will use your email address to send you our newsletters.

On what legal basis? We are permitted to do this under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you objected at the time of purchase.

How long will we process the data? For 3 years from your last purchase. You can opt out of the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at: info@seocheck.tech.

Your data remains with us. However, certain companies and individuals may have access to your data, as they help us operate our e-shop. These include:

  • Shipping companies: Zásilkovna, PPL
  • Payment processor: Shoptet-Pay
  • Email service providers: Ecomail.cz, Google, Roundcube

Additionally, your personal data may be shared with the following entities:

  • Google/Seznam/Firmy.cz/Facebook/Instagram/Meta

All personal data is processed within the European Union.
